We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, enjoy problem-solving, are great listeners, and have strong communication skills. The right candidate will join our Product Support Team as the first point of contact for inbound communication from our external customers, resolving queries, escalating where required, and helping to deliver the best service to our 19,000+ customer base.
Full Time Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 - 17:00 on Friday. This role is office-based for the first 6 months with the option of hybrid thereafter.
Responsibilities
1. Answering first-line support enquiries via telephone, email, and our CRM system (Salesforce).
2. Delivering outstanding customer service to all clients.
3. Contributing to departmental goals.
4. Attending training, listening to guidance & communications, and utilizing resources to understand responsibilities related to the processing and protection of Personal Information, complying with the CPOMS Privacy Policy.
5. Identifying risks and understanding regulatory requirements related to Personal Information, and implementing measures to mitigate and manage them.

* Grade C or above in Maths and English.
Desirable Skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
* Experience with support helpdesk software such as Salesforce.
