About the Role
We are seeking a down-to-earth, proactive Production Office Administrator to join our small, friendly team in Dewsbury. This is a hands-on role in a busy factory environment, ideal for someone who is happy to get involved in all aspects of the office and enjoys a varied workload.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and process invoices and delivery notes (using Sage)
* General office administration and support as required
* Attention to detail in all tasks, especially labelling and preparing boxes for dispatch
* Arrange transport for deliveries

* Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative
* Comfortable working in a factory environment
* Down-to-earth and happy to pitch in with junior tasks as needed
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Willingness to learn and adapt
