Overview
Join our dynamic ICT Services team supporting multiple schools in the Bromley area. You’ll be the on-site tech expert—resolving issues, managing your call queue, and helping deliver seamless learning through reliable IT. This is a hands-on, people-focused role ideal for someone with solid ICT knowledge and the confidence to work independently. You’ll play a central role in ensuring classroom technology runs smoothly, software is up to date, and staff and students can rely on you for expert guidance. The role is primarily based at Bishop Justice School, Bromley, Magpie Hall Lane, BR2 8HZ with visits to schools in the regional area required.

What You’ll Do
* Deliver first and second-line support at multiple school locations
* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
* Install and configure devices and AV equipment
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and updates via Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
* Plan your daily workload and monitor your ticket queue
* Collaborate with school staff and external suppliers to meet local ICT needs
Please note: Annual leave requests for this role will be required to be taken during the schools holiday periods.
What You’ll Need
* Proven experience in technical support, ideally in an educational or multi-site environment
* A confident, customer-focused approach with great communication skills
* Ability to self-manage, prioritise, and problem-solve
* Strong working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking basics
* Willingness to travel between sites (driving licence preferred)
