Role overview:

Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and understanding their needs.
* Drive and exceed sales targets using in-store devices, offering the full product range, and maximizing add-on sales.
* Maintain visual and merchandising standards, ensuring the shop floor is clean, stocked, and displays are organized.
* Support store operations by assisting in various departments, representing the company professionally, and following safety guidelines.
* Process sales transactions accurately, including cash and card payments.
* Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
* Keep stock levels high and shelves well-organized and appealing.
* Address customer queries professionally.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets.
Role objectives and KPIs:
* Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
* Meet KPIs such as Units, Conversion rate, ATV, UPT.
* Achieve upselling and cross-selling goals.
* Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
* Ensure stock on the shop floor is replenished.
