**Job Overview:**
This is a full-time on-site role as a Team Leader in Grimsby for 18 months. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day tasks, managing project schedules, coordinating team members, and ensuring project goals are met. They will also communicate with stakeholders, provide guidance and support to team members, and monitor project progress. It is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those using utilising our services and the communities in which they live.
Experience
* Experience in leading teams with direct line management and/or providing supervision, appraisals, guidance and feedback
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Knowledge of substance use services
* Experience of working within the criminal justice sector
* Experience in working with at-risk or marginalized populations
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months
Pay: £25,000 - £30,000 per year (Successful candidates should expect to be appointed at the starting point of the salary scale. Consideration may be given to a higher salary depending on the experience of the individual)
