Salary: Remuneration is dependent on skills and experience, ranging from £18,462 to £20,047 pro‑rated per annum.
Working Hours: During term time, Monday to Friday, 1:30 pm – 6:00 pm. During school holidays, 26.25 hours per week, agreed on a rota basis.

Role: Operational/Professional Services within the After School Club.
Role Summary
The position is a full‑time Team Leader who will work within the e‑Plus department on a permanent basis. The role involves overseeing the After School and Holiday Club activity, ensuring high quality care and a creative programme for children.
Responsibilities
* Lead the service provision daily with the Practitioner team, in consultation with the Deputy Manager and Manager at Ravelston.
* Hold day‑to‑day responsibility for the room teams and ensure children receive consistently high quality care.
* Lead a creative programme of activities, supporting and supervising practitioners and supervising children during outings.
* Work closely with other staff members and provide input on planning and improvement of the clubs.
Qualifications
* Experience working with children, preferably in an after‑school or holiday club setting.
* Recognised childcare qualification.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
