Meraki Talent are supporting with the appointment of a permanent Finance, Operations & Performance Optimisation Analyst based in the central belt of Scotland with exceptional hybrid/flexible working paying a highly competitive salary, amazing bonus potential and great wider benefits package.

The Role


The ultimate objective of this forward thinking role is optimisation of finance, operations, performance and commercial activities. The role will offer the utmost exposure and visibility, whilst providing unlimited access to the businesses most senior stakeholders including C-Suite.


The key components of the role will include:


* Finance - budgeting, forecasting, business partnering, business planning
* Performance optimisation - KPI's, dashboards, utilisation, resource management
* Commercial & strategic optimisation - aiding direction and decision making, pricing, bidding & tenders, contract negotiation
* Operations - automation, process/continuous improvement, reporting
