Pay & Hours
Rate of £12.71 per hour. Working week is 39 hours over 5 days a week, Monday to Sunday. Flexible working hours can be discussed to accommodate your needs.
Job Role
As a Shop Supervisor, you will prepare fresh ingredients, produce sandwiches, baguettes and other food products while providing excellent customer service and selling high‑quality fresh food. You will be trained on company standards and eligible for future progression.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet customers and create an inviting experience.
* Receive and check daily deliveries and assist with branch stock and produce management.
* Maintain shop displays and uphold high hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards.
* Ensure excellent knowledge of products and prepare food in line with specifications.
* Handle cash and tills, and support opening or closing the shop when required.
* Run shifts at various times during the week, drive sales and minimise wastage.
* Supervise the team, ensuring business growth through increased sales, controlled costs and delivered profit.
* Develop and lead the shop team to build a loyal customer base.
* Assist the Shop Manager with day‑to‑day store operations.
