Job Description:
Job Title:Multi Skilled Engineer Manufacturing and Production, On site
Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
Salary:£50,000 to £57,500, dependent on Experience
Working hours:
4 days on, 3 days off. Rotating block of days, then block of nights.
Skills and Experience Needed:
Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, both would be preferred
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Weekend availability
Diagnostic and problem solving skills
Duties will Include:
Carry out ongoing improvements projects.
Maintain on a daily basis the machinery and plant on site in a safe and responsible manner.
Report breakdown root cause, equipment faults and concerns to line manager.
Perform trouble shooting to solve minor repair issues
Diagnose fault, repair and return equipment to operational service.
Planning maintenance and reactive repairs, along with continually looking for improvements for future processes.
