Do your bit by joining our team as an Executive Assistant, supporting our People Director and Director of Customer Service Are you a master at juggling tasks and priorities? We’re looking for the ultimate multi-tasker to excel in a dynamic role that demands exceptional organisational and communication skills. You’ll have the flexibility to work on a hybrid basis, with a mix of remote and in-office work between the Scottish Water offices, particularly to our Edinburgh office in Fairmilehead and our Head office in Stepps near Glasgow. What you’ll do In this important role, you’ll be responsible for efficiently managing Director’s emails, optimising their time, coordinating meetings and travel, and handling all forms of communication with finesse. Highly organised and self-motivated, you'll thrive in creating and distributing agendas, coordinating meeting materials, and working sensitively with a range of stakeholders. Your broad skill set will shine as you take on tasks like preparing presentations for executive leadership and managing team events. Building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will come naturally. We're looking for someone with excellent organisational and people skills, who can work both collaboratively and independently, and who’s confident in identifying and initiating tasks. Your excellent organisational skills will ensure that tasks and responsibilities are smoothly co-ordinated. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office will provide the tools you need to succeed and make a real impact in this role. The not-so-small print This role will be a Grade 5. If you’re new to Scottish Water, you’ll join us on a starting salary of £32,650. Performance-driven pay progression would then allow you to move through the range to a maximum of £38,610.
