OverviewJackson Hogg are delighted to be recruiting for a Head of Sales for our client, a fast-growing leading global supplier of power transmission components for a range of sectors.Our client are looking for a Head of Sales to play a key role in driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and shaping the future sales strategy of the business across core and emerging markets.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & StrategySupport the development and execution the company’s sales strategyTake increasing ownership of sales performance, targets, and forecastingIdentify new market opportunities, sectors, and revenue streamsLead strategic account development and key customer engagementTeam Development & ManagementAssist in leading, mentoring, and developing the sales teamDrive a high-performance sales culture with clear KPIs and accountabilityBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partnersRepresent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and exhibitionsWork closely with internal teams (engineering, operations, and service) to deliver customer solutionsKey RequirementsExperienceProven track record in a senior sales or business development role (ideally within power transmission or mechanical engineering)Experience managing key accounts and delivering revenue growthExposure to leading or mentoring sales teamsStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skillsStrategic thinker with hands-on approachExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to understand technical products and applicationsResults-driven with a proactive mindsetKnowledge of industrial markets and handling OEM projects
