Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor located in Rushden, with some work-from-home options available. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for assisting in cost control, preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. The role includes collaborating with project teams, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring accurate financial tracking and management throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
* Skills in Cost Control, Cost Planning, and Cost Management
* Experience with Bills of Quantities (BOQ) preparation
* Proficiency in Cost Reporting
* Strong analytical and numerical skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Experience in the construction industry is preferable
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
