We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide a vital support to our dynamic UK regional sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive, confident mind-set, and have a good level of IT proficiency, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint. Effective communication skills are paramount for this role, as the successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to establish, nurture and enhance robust client relationships.
2. Utilise our customised Orona software to generate comprehensive sales reports.
3. Assist the management team in creating engaging presentations and gathering pertinent information.
4. Record new enquiries accurately in our system for efficient tracking and follow up.
5. Manage incoming sales calls, providing appropriate guidance and redirecting clients to the relevant team member.
6. Maintain regular communication with Design Managers, Sales Managers and Directors for ongoing tenders and projects.

Requirements
15. Proficient in utilising Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint for data analysis and presentation purposes.
16. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
17. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate reporting and record-keeping.
18. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also independently managing tasks.
