We are looking for an ambitious Senior Surveyor to join our team based in Thetford, East Anglia office and embrace our innovative approach to deliver utility and infrastructure projects across the UK.
As a Senior Surveyor, you will:
1. Deliver land and property advice and services to and on behalf of clients.
2. Complete a range of tasks and schemes to a high standard, using initiative and a proactive approach to meet client deadlines and objectives, taking pride and ownership in the quality of work delivered.
3. Develop strong working relationships with client personnel, internal and external stakeholders including contractors, consultants, landowners, and occupiers, managing expectations and discussing feedback to improve service levels.
4. Support the development of junior staff and, if applicable, develop line management skills, providing constructive feedback and delegating tasks effectively.
5. Share experience to support organizational development while maintaining and improving your knowledge through specialist CPD.
6. Participate in company groups, initiatives, events, and social activities, embodying DM’s values and fostering a positive workplace attitude.
The successful candidate will:
1. Hold MRICS or AssocRICS qualification.
2. Possess a full UK driving licence.
3. Have experience leading teams or projects.
4. Be a great team player with a can-do attitude.
5. Be a natural problem solver.
6. Enjoy delivering results collaboratively.
