What You'll Be Doing
As a Digital and AI Change Manager, you will design and implement the change and communication plan for the entire project you are working on. You will support and assist the local Change Leads in implementing their action plans and the minimum quality standards co-designed centrally.

As a Change Manager, Your Responsibilities Will Include

* Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stream leaders and the central team to understand and agree on the deliverables related to change; develop a structured methodology and an appropriate change strategy.
* Implementation of Change Locally: Work with local Change Leads to ensure the successful implementation of changes driven by AVP in the countries.
* Deliverables: Create and adapt actionable deliverables to the context for the five change management levers:

* Impact Analysis: Affected population, expected impact

* Communication Plan: Develop a comprehensive plan to communicate the change to stakeholders at all levels of the organization (key messages, communication channels, frequency, and target audiences) to ensure effective and consistent communication throughout the change process
* Sponsor and Relay Roadmap: Describe roles, responsibilities, and required actions from sponsors, relays, and key leaders to actively support and champion the change
* Coaching Plan: Design a plan to provide coaching and support to managers and leaders responsible for implementing the change within their teams
* Training Plan: Develop and deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to new processes and systems
* Resistance Management Plan: Develop a plan to proactively identify, address, and mitigate resistance to change
* Implementation of Change Management: Execute and coordinate the rollout of the change management plan across all levels, collaborating with all relevant sectors and target countries.
* Measurement and Evaluation: Establish metrics and mechanisms to monitor the progress of change efforts and assess their impact on the organization. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the change management approach, solicit feedback, and adjust the plan as necessary.
* Support Communication and Training Efforts: Foster a culture and mindset receptive to change within the organization, promoting adaptability, resilience, and a positive attitude towards change.

What You'll Bring

* Hold a master's degree or equivalent, along with an additional professional qualification in change management.
* A good level of English is required (main working language); proficiency in French and/or Spanish is a plus.
* Experience supporting senior executives in strategic orientation and flow, including producing analyses and business reports to enable clear and targeted decision-making.
* Experience in change management.
* Experience in the design and successful management of HR and strategic change projects, with a pragmatic approach to implementing change plans.
* Strong experience in managing cross-functional projects or operational management focused on operations, providing tangible business value, ideally within the insurance, assistance, or financial services sectors.
* Ability to work in an Agile environment and contribute to developing this approach outside an IT framework.
* Analytical skills, including managing complex data and statistics to achieve sophisticated results.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships. Ability to influence and act through others. Capable of managing stakeholder, user, and management expectations by challenging beliefs, realigning them, and demonstrating tangible results.
* Excellent communication skills, including active listening, seeking feedback and ideas, and conveying a clear vision. Confident and fluent communicator with a proven ability to clearly explain complex concepts, articulate key points from general ideas, and successfully negotiate at all levels.
