About the Role
Are you ready to dive into an exciting new adventure? At Butlin’s, we live by the motto of ‘Getting Stuck In’, and we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Team Members who share our passion for creating unforgettable experiences for our guests!
As a Team Member Plus, your week will be dynamic and varied. You’ll kick off your Mondays and Fridays by cleaning our guest accommodations, and then spend the rest of the week exploring different areas of the resort. Whether it’s sports & activities, restaurants, bars, shops, or our fun fairground, you’ll have the chance to work in multiple departments and keep things fresh!

* FA Level 1 Football
* Archery GB ERCA
* High Ropes
* NCPLH Personal License
About You
We’re searching for spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who thrive in a collaborative environment. Previous experience? Not a requirement! What truly matters is your attitude, mindset, and a genuine passion for making a difference in our guests’ experiences.

No experience? No problem! We’ll provide comprehensive training to help you develop the skills you need to excel in your role. You’ll benefit from a detailed 90-day induction plan and have a buddy to guide you through your learning journey.
Every day will bring something new, and you’ll relish the variety of working alongside different team members and engaging with our guests. This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in some of our most guest-facing areas.
Typical working hours cover 35 hours a week, and you must be aged 18 or over to apply. Plus, if you’re relocating, live-in accommodation may be available!
