Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Banbury. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include identifying and connecting with clients, managing sales processes, delivering exceptional customer service, providing product training, and supporting the sales team. The role involves fostering strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively convey ideas.
* Proven experience in Sales, including prospecting, client engagement, and achieving targets.
* Competence in Sales Management, including overseeing processes and coordinating with team members.
* Capacity to conduct Training to support and educate clients and team members on products and services.
* Highly organized with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
* A background in engineering or technical industries is a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
