Located in the heart of the new Greenlaw Mains community, Glencorse is a purpose built, luxury care home due to open soon. With 54 beautifully designed en suite bedrooms, it will provide high quality Residential, Dementia, Nursing and Respite care in a calm, nurturing environment where every detail is focused on wellbeing and comfort.

What We Offer
* £24.96 per hour
* Contracted to 40 hours per week
* Paid PVG, pension, free uniform and onsite parking
* 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Your RoleYou will work closely with the Home Manager to oversee all aspects of clinical care, guiding and supporting a newly forming team through the opening phase and beyond. You will lead with kindness and clarity, ensuring every resident receives safe, compassionate, person centred care. You will be instrumental in embedding a positive, inclusive culture and setting up systems that support high standards and continuous improvement.
This role combines strategic vision with hands on leadership. Whether developing care plans, mentoring staff, liaising with healthcare professionals or supporting families, your presence will inspire confidence, trust and excellence in care.
What We’re Looking For
* RGN or RMN qualification and active PIN
* Strong clinical leadership experience in an elderly care setting
* Confidence in supporting and mentoring staff, particularly in a commissioning environment
* A calm, solutions focused mindset and a commitment to person led care
* A passion for creating a warm, welcoming and professional culture from day one
