Dear Social Workers,
We are pleased to offer a full time position for a Social Worker within the exciting Enhanced Family Help Team. The EFHT is a smaller, specialist team who work intensively and collaboratively with children and their families to identify the root causes of presenting and persistent neglect, and by building on family strengths and support, support to reduce the risk of Neglect continuing.
We are seeking a motivated Social Worker to join our growing, dynamic Enhanced Family Help Team. Ideal candidates will be committed to relationship‑based practice and supporting families across the county where long‑term concerns relating to neglect have been identified.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with a family practitioner, home‑based support worker, and clinician to build a thorough understanding of each child's and family's needs. Together, you will develop strong, purposeful relationships and create clear, family‑led plans that promote sustained, meaningful change.
The Enhanced Family Help Team is committed to working holistically and inclusively with families to build on their strengths, assess risks and patterns, and identify barriers to consistently meeting children's needs. Through meaningful engagement with children, families, and their wider networks, we develop clear, multi‑disciplinary plans that promote sustained, positive change.
If you have any questions or would like to hear more about the team, please get in touch with me and I will be happy to meet with you.
We look forward to hearing from you
