Precedo Healthcare is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for experienced Support Workers to join our dedicated team in the Bolton area. We are looking for compassionate individuals to provide daily support within a residential care setting, making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
About the RoleWe are seeking caring and committed Support Workers with a minimum of six months' experience supporting Service Users in the UK. The ideal candidate will be passionate about empowering individuals to lead fulfilling, independent lives while promoting health and well-being through person-centred care.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a valued member of our team, your role will include:
* Delivering high-quality, person-centred support tailored to individual needs
* Building and maintaining positive relationships with Service Users, families, and professionals
* Communicating effectively in ways that are meaningful to each individual
* Acting as an advocate and providing constructive, respectful feedback
* Taking a holistic approach to care, considering the physical, emotional, and social needs of each person
* Encouraging and supporting individuals to explore opportunities and reach their full potential
