This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) who wants to build their career, gain invaluable experience, and work towards managing their own portfolio of clients. You’ll work closely with the Managing Director, gaining direct exposure to high-level client strategy and decision-making. From day one, you’ll play an important role in a research, planning, client-facing Adviser role. It’s a genuine career pathway designed to support your professional ambitions. Responsibilities : Supporting the MD in delivering tailored holistic financial planning solutions to clients by gathering and analysing information, identifying needs, and making recommendations. Staying up to date with new products, technical changes, and legislative updates. Maintaining high performance standards and complying with Compliance, Training, and Competence procedures. Acting in line with Consumer Duty, supporting positive client outcomes at all times. Achieving and maintaining competent status as defined by the FCA and holding a valid Statement of Professional Standing. Completing at least 35 hours of CPD per year (including a minimum of 21 hours of Structured CPD). Keeping accurate Training and Competence records. Seeking referrals from existing clients where appropriate. About You Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent). Solid understanding of FCA compliance and regulatory requirements. Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. Commercially focused, with a drive to meet targets aligned with the firm’s goals. Professional, organised, and detail-oriented in all aspects of your work. Experience in a client facing role as a trainee or Junior advisor What our client offers Competitive salary.
