We need a highly organised, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant who can provide direct support to our Managing Director and play a vital role in enabling smooth operations at the leadership level. The Role This is more than diary management—it’s about being a trusted partner to the MD, ensuring priorities are managed, information flows seamlessly, and the business runs efficiently. You’ll take ownership of critical admin, communication, and organisational tasks, enabling leadership to focus on driving growth and strategy. What You’ll Do Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements Screen and prioritise emails, calls, and correspondence, ensuring urgent matters are highlighted Prepare, proofread, and organise documents, reports, and presentations Support meetings, events, and internal communications Maintain accurate records and ensure effective information management Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders with professionalism Anticipate needs and proactively resolve problems before they escalate What You’ll Bring Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills (essential) A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities High levels of discretion and professionalism Competence in Microsoft Office and Outlook 365, with the ability to pick up new tools quickly Comfort working both independently and collaboratively within a team Nice to Have Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, PA, or senior admin role Familiarity with office software, tools, or project management platforms Qualifications Are Valued, Not Required We value skills, experience, mindset, and cultural fit over formal education.
