Our client in Rochdale is seeking an experienced administrator to join their team on an immediate basis.
Salary: £111.75 PH
Hours:
Monday - Thursday 8am -5pm
Friday 8am -2pm
Job Duties:
Answer internal and external calls
Handle Excel spreadsheet tasks
Order company materials
Email customers and suppliers
Manage invoices and enter data into in-house systems
Utilise QuickBooks software
Assist the Production Manager with administrative tasks, such as booking vehicle MOTs and arranging machine servicing
Aid with payroll by printing clock cards
Maintain weekly administrative spreadsheets
Complete any additional tasks assigned by the Office Manager
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency with QuickBooks
Knowledge of the manufacturing industry
Computer literacy
Immediate availability
Up-to-date CV
