In this role, you will design, support and maintain secure internal and customer networks, acting as a 3rd line escalation point for complex issues. You will work across Cisco and Fortinet environments, troubleshoot faults, support satellite communications, and collaborate with internal teams, while continuously developing your technical expertise and progressing within the business. Based in Redhill, this role is 9:00 – 17:00 Monday – Friday.
The Role:
* Design, support, and maintain secure internal and customer networks
* Act as a 3rd line escalation point for complex network issues
* Work across Cisco and Fortinet environments (routing, switching, firewalls)
* Troubleshoot faults across satellite, RF, and telecoms networks
* Monday – Friday 9 – 5 (2 days WFH)
The Person:
* Network Engineer or 3rd Line Support Engineer with Cisco or Fortinet experience
* Strong understanding of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, VPN, IPSEC)
* Holds or working towards CCNA, CCNP, or Fortinet certifications
* Eligible for DV clearance (British National)
