Overview:
An experienced civil engineering contractor delivering major UK highways and infrastructure schemes is seekingtwo Site Engineersto join an ongoing highways project in Oxfordshire. This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term stability on a live highways scheme.
?Highways experience is essential. Candidates with HS2-only backgrounds will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
* Setting out for highways and civil engineering works
* Ensuring works are delivered in line with drawings and specifications
* Managing quality control and site documentation
* Supporting site management and subcontractors
* Maintaining health & safety standards on site
Requirements:
* Proven experience as aSite Engineer on highways projects
* Minimum2 years highways experience
* ValidCSCS card
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
* Own transport (site not easily accessible by public transport)
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
