The opportunity
A well established and respected estate agency based in Kingswood, Hull is looking to recruit an ambitious and driven Estate Agency Valuer to join their sales team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident valuer who enjoys winning new business, building relationships, and converting valuations into instructions. You will play a key role in driving growth for the branch and representing the business within the local market.
The role
As a Valuer, you will be responsible for generating new opportunities, carrying out valuations and listings, and negotiating offers between vendors and buyers. This is a front facing, target driven role that suits someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
Key responsibilities
* Identifying and maximising new business opportunities
* Carrying out property valuations and winning instructions
* Booking and conducting property viewings
* Delivering exceptional customer service both over the phone and face to face
* Working towards and achieving personal and branch targets
* Negotiating and agreeing offers between vendors and buyers
* Representing the business professionally at all times
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with local property owners and investors
About you
To succeed in this role, you will be ambitious, hardworking, and target driven, with a genuine passion for property and people.
You will also:
* Be comfortable working under pressure in a fast paced environment
* Have strong negotiation and communication skills
* Possess good knowledge of the local property market
* Enjoy working with the public both over the phone and face to face
* Be results focused and motivated to succeed
* Hold a full, valid UK driving licence
* Have access to your own vehicle
What’s on offer
* Basic salary up to £30,000 (inc car allowance)
