About the Role
OCS Group is seeking professional and experienced Front of House Security to join our team at a flagship, state‑of‑the‑art building. This high‑profile role requires perfection, professionalism, and vigilance to ensure the safety, security, and seamless operation of the site.
Days of working:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Key Responsibilities
* Providing a professional front‑of‑house presence, delivering exceptional customer service to visitors and staff.
* Meet, greet and welcome all visitors, staff, and contractors professionally.
* Maintain a welcoming and professional front‑of‑house environment.
* Provide information and assistance as needed.
* Undertake a seamless visitor sign‑in/sign‑out process.
* Ensuring all duties and tasks are carried out with precision and attention to detail.
* Be alert in respect of both site and local environment.
* Managing access control and monitoring visitors, staff, and deliveries in line with company procedures.
* Promptly respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, escalating as required.
* Completing accurate and detailed incident reports, maintaining clear records for security operations.
Requirements
* A valid SIA licence (SG or DS) is essential.
* Experience with CCTV systems is preferred.
* Proven experience in a front‑of‑house security role, ideally within a high‑profile or corporate environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain professional at all times.
* A proactive and vigilant approach with exceptional attention to detail.
