Pay Details: Grade 8, SCP 26-30. £36,124-39,513 (FTE), £18.72 - £20.48ph
Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 37 Hours, 52 Weeks,Mon-Fri (9am-5pm)

Description: The Resettlement Support Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of support workers that provide support to refugees and asylum seekers as they resettle and rebuild their lives in a new country. The team leader will need to ensure that high-quality, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed services are delivered consistently, while also building partnerships and maintaining compliance with legal and policy frameworks.

You will need:
- We are seeking a compassionate and experienced individual to join our team as the Manager of the Refugee Resettlement Support Team.
-The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership alongside deep empathy, cultural sensitivity, and emotional resilience.
-They will be responsible for guiding and supporting a team working with individuals and families during critical periods of transition.
-Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to manage complex cases and coordinate effectively with external partners.
