We are seeking a part time Conpliance Administrator to join our team in Maidstone on a 1 year fixed term contract. You will be responsible for supporting our branch with all things admin, ensuring customers' receive a rapid response and assist with the smooth running of the branch. Responsibilities Of An Administrator
* Managing the branch email inbox and replies.
* Extensive communication via email and telephone internal and external customers.
* Raising purchase orders and invoicing.
* Raising work orders.
* Electronic filing and reporting vehicle defects.
* Updating the waste log.
* Updating our CRM.
* Supporting the warehouse and driving team with admin duties.
Skills And Experience Required.
* Computer skills - familiar with Excel and Word
* Administrative experience
* Has an eye for detail and takes pride in their work
