The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our team and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service. This role requires supervising day-to-day operations, supporting team development, and driving performance in line with company objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to enhance guest experiences, maximise revenue, and uphold our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive financial performance through exceptional service delivery and meaningful guest engagement
Manage purchasing, forecasting, and stock control to ensure operational efficiency
Lead, motivate, and develop the team to maximise sales opportunities and revenue
Oversee effective scheduling aligned with productivity and service standards
Ensure all food and beverage offerings consistently meet luxury quality and presentation standards
Maintain strict controls over stock, cash handling, and equipment security
Anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns with professionalism, and enhance the overall guest experience
Coach, inspire, and recognise team members to build a high-performing culture
Act as a role model, demonstrating passion, integrity, and brand values at all times
Support the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager with planning, succession, and hotel-wide initiatives.
What We Desire:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a Food & Beverage environment.
Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent customer service skills with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
