Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

IT Environment & Release Analyst: We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our newly established IT Environment Management function as an IT Environment & Release Analyst. This is a pivotal role where you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our non-production environments are well-managed, fit for purpose, and ready when needed.
You’ll be at the heart of environment coordination, working with infrastructure, application, and testing teams, as well as third-party service providers. If you’re detail-oriented, technically minded, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Main Responsibilities
* Coordinating with internal IT teams (Infrastructure, Application, Testing) to build and manage environments.
* Liaising with third-party service providers to ensure seamless integration of services.
* Scheduling and managing environment usage and configuration to meet project timelines.
* Ensuring environments are maintained in line with Environment Management standards.
* Supporting code deployments, environment refreshes, and issue resolution.
* Maintaining a comprehensive Environment Database (components, usage, status).
* Producing clear and accurate environment-related documentation.
Skills and experience
* Experience coordinating technical work across multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage technical information.
* Solid understanding of application and infrastructure components.
* Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and networking concepts.
* Background in IT service management or similar roles.
* Analytical mindset with a knack for solving problems.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
