As Front Of House & Sales Manager, you will drive the business forward while delivering fantastic service to guests.
Responsibilities
 * Lead and inspire the FOH team to deliver top‑tier service.
 * Ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.
 * Handle feedback with flair and keep standards sky‑high.
 * Manage bookings and tailor experiences for private and corporate events.
 * Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and community groups.
 * Drive new bookings and repeat business through proactive outreach.
 * Represent King Pins at networking events and city pop‑ups.
 * Plan and host in‑venue events such as bowling competitions and charity nights.
 * Collaborate with marketing to promote seasonal offers and packages.
 * Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service teams for seamless execution.
