Reverse Mortgage Specialist
We are seeking an experienced mortgage loan officer who specializes in reverse mortgage lending with strong marketing, communication, and analysis skills to join our team. Our organization provides the support and tools you need to bring your business to the next level. This position is 100% commission.
Responsibilities
* Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters.
* Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them.
* Ensure all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines.
* Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets our requirements.
* Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies, and other related industry professionals.
Qualifications
* Have an existing book of business.
* Knowledge of reverse mortgage lending.
* Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines.
* Previous experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Experian, Calyx, or LendingWise preferred.
* 3-5 years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending experience required.
* Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required.
* Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry.
Compensation
$45,000 - $100,000
