Pay & Benefits
* Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 Basic (Depending on experience)

What You'll Be Doing
As a vital member of our busy and well-equipped Cheltenham workshop team, you will:
* Perform routine vehicle servicing, comprehensive maintenance, and multi-point inspections.
* Carry out mechanical repairs and automotive fault diagnostics across a wide variety of makes and models.
* Use modern diagnostic tools and high-spec workshop equipment to identify complex vehicle faults.
* Maintain strict manufacturer service procedures and high workshop quality standards.
* Complete all vehicle repairs efficiently and accurately to maintain top-tier workshop productivity.
* Work closely with a close-knit team of mechanics to deliver 5-star service quality.
What We Need
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent experience).
* Experience: Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, Car Mechanic, or Automotive Service Technician.
* Skills: Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and mechanical repair (experience with premium or specialist vehicles is advantageous).
* Compliance: A full UK driving licence is required.
* Mindset: A positive, reliable professional with sharp attention to detail who takes genuine pride in high-quality workmanship.
