* The hours of work and shift patterns are: 06:00 - 18:00, 4on 4off
o The rate of pay is: £14.40 per hour, (plus a 10% shift allowance when working night shift)
Main Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the following key tasks:
* Co-ordinating labour throughout the operational areas
* Managing costs within Operations and communicating daily with external services, invoicing, purchase orders
* Assisting Managers with staff management processes such as probationary reviews and Return to Work interviews.
Ideal Candidate:
You will have:
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to coordinate daily and weekly operational labour requirements
* A good level of spoken and written English and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
* Experience of IT systems including Microsoft Excel
* Experience of SAP is preferred but not essential.
