Job Description
* Support care consultations, service reviews, and complete client support plans.
* Conduct staff supervisions and client QA's.
* Create, update, and audit client care plans, and assist with digital care planning.
* Maintain accurate client and Care Professional records on Home Instead software and People Planner.
* Conduct client and Care Professional introductions.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
* Carry out client reviews and take appropriate actions.
* Support and mentor Care Professionals.
* Provide support to the Client Experience team.
* Maintain regular contact with clients and Care Professionals.
* Participate in on-call duties as required.
* Ensure compliance with Home Instead's Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities Policy.
* Perform any other duties necessary for the successful operation of the business.
Experience and Qualifications
* Experience in the care sector delivering a wide range of personal care services.
* Experience working with MAR sheets and medication in a supervisory role.
* Passion for delivering high-quality care and helping clients live independently and happily at home.
* Full and clear UK driver's license.
* Reliable access to a fully insured car.
* Right to live and work in the UK.
* Prior Care experience and completion of a Care Certificate.
* Minimum qualification of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
Working Hours and Salary
The hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 17:00 pm, with one night on call per week and one weekend in four on call. Salary is £24,000 per annum plus £200 per weekend on-call coverage.
