We are seeking a Digital Health Solutions Consultant to support AlinIQ customer loyalty and sales initiatives, with a strong focus on value realization. In this role, you will work closely with the Core Lab Sales team to deliver intelligent insights and collaborate with clients to develop tailored digital health solutions using the AlinIQ portfolio.
What You’ll Do
1. Deliver advanced presentations of AlinIQ Solutions to customers, supporting the Core Sales Team and/or DHSE to understand client medical and technical needs and propose the best-fit solution.
2. Ensure customers fully understand and utilize all AlinIQ functionalities—turning satisfied clients into enthusiastic promoters.
3. Build and maintain strong ongoing relationships with existing clients, helping them optimize daily workflows and identifying new opportunities aligned with AlinIQ capabilities to drive value expansion.
4. Support the creation of Statements of Work (SOW) during the pre‑sales phase in partnership with customers and Core Sales roles.
5. Provide advanced, hands-on functional training to customers on AlinIQ enablers within real-world laboratory operations.
6. Increase customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS) while identifying and communicating value expansion opportunities to the Core Sales team.
7. Deep dive into customer needs and position AlinIQ enablers to transform sites into reference customers; act as a bridge between the customer and internal marketing teams.
8. Reduce training-related errors and minimize avoidable support workload for the ITSS team through targeted hyper‑care.
Education
9. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
10. Preferred: Degree in medical, life sciences, IT, or medical technology.
Background & Skills
11. Strong understanding of IT technologies within hospital and laboratory environments.
12. Expertise in clinical laboratory workflows (sample handling, order/results, inventory, quality, etc.).
13. Deep understanding of key clinical laboratory KPIs, with the ability to design, monitor, manage, and enhance them.
14. Clear understanding of how technology creates value across healthcare and laboratory settings.
15. Preferred: Experience with IT products in Healthcare and/or Laboratory Medicine.
16. Demonstrated ability to challenge and improve the status quo; strong analytical, problem‑solving, and consulting skills.
17. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing abilities; comfortable in customer-facing roles.
18. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
