Position
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Product Qualification Engineer.
Responsibilities
* Lead global regulatory, RF, and carrier certification processes (FCC, CE/RED, UKCA, PTCRB, GCF, major operators).
* Develop and execute test plans for RF, EMC, SAR, safety, and wireless performance (4G/5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS).
* Plan and run environmental and reliability testing (thermal, vibration, shock, humidity, IP, HALT/HASS), driving root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, mechanical, electrical, firmware, product, operations) to guide design decisions and support qualification throughout development.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field
* Experience in product qualification, RF compliance, or hardware validation
* Strong technical understanding of wireless technologies
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
