Are you ready to make a senior leadership impact in a specialist SEMH setting? An independent school in Rugby is looking for a passionate Assistant Head to help shape its provision for pupils aged 6–19 with complex social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Working closely with the Headteacher and senior team, you’ll lead on key areas including curriculum development, staff development, safeguarding, and behaviour.
