Rapid Access Ltd is a leading UK manufacturer of access panels and riser doors, trusted across the construction industry. We are growing and looking for a proactive, detail-focused Sales Administrator to join our team in Nuneaton. This is a brand new role created to support our continued success, with a bonus scheme, paid lunches, and additional benefits such as a tree planted on your birthday.


What You'll Be Doing

* Handle incoming calls and emails from customers with clarity and professionalism
* Generate accurate quotations and process orders using our internal system
* Scan and send Proof of Deliveries (PODs)
* Liaise with couriers, track deliveries, and manage returns
* Support the wider management team with administrative tasks when needed

Working in a fast-paced but friendly environment, attention to detail and proactive problem solving are valued.

We’re looking for a team player who cares about doing a great job and enjoys building relationships with customers and colleagues alike.


You\'ll Need To Have

* A confident and professional phone manner, or customer-facing experience
* Good organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
* Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* A strong sense of accountability and reliability
* At least 1 year\'s customer service, customer-facing, or administration experience


Bonus Points If You Also Have

* Experience using CRM or order management systems
* A background in manufacturing, construction, or a similar sector

Working Hours & Location

Based on-site at our head office in Nuneaton, CV11. Monday–Thursday: 08:30–17:00; Friday: 08:30–16:00 (early finish).
