Recruitment Apprentice
Salary: £19, (£10 per hour)
Hours: Full-time Monday- Friday 8.30am-5pm (flexible hours with core hours of 10am-3pm and hybrid working - up to 1 day a week from home)

Previous Recruitment Apprentices at Hewett Recruitment have gone on to careers as Senior Recruitment Consultants, Account Managers and HR Professionals.
Your journey in recruitment begins by focusing on the candidate component - resourcing candidates using various online tools; supporting candidates with inductions and tests face-to-face; recruitment; arranging interviews and getting to know your market place; writing job adverts; social media marketing and becoming an expert in compliance. From here you will develop your knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle, building more client interactions and gaining exposure to every part of a successful recruitment process.
You will progress through Hewett's structured training programme, as well as receiving on-the-job training and the opportunity to obtain your Certificate in Recruitment qualification via the Level 3 Apprenticeship.
Recruitment Apprentice Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for temporary vacancies
2. Managing candidate registrations, inductions and compliance checks
3. Liaising with clients and candidates over the phone and in person
4. Assisting with advertising vacancies and sourcing suitable candidates
5. Ensuring all documentation and systems are maintained to a high standard
