We’re looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to join us on a 9 month fixed term contract out of our Kings Hill HQ, Kent. You’ll work closely with the CPO and Director of People & Culture to deliver compelling and engaging internal communications, including uncovering and sharing the latest news from across the company, supporting with leadership and regional events and executing internal communications for regional transformation programmes. Responsibilities include: Partner on clear, impactful internal communications to drive colleague understanding and advocacy for company transformation. Translate complex transformation details into engaging, accessible content for all 8,500 colleagues. Manage stakeholders and ensure transparency throughout the internal communication process. Develop and deliver targeted communication campaigns to build colleague engagement with company priorities. Uncover and showcase inspiring stories to celebrate colleague achievements and company initiatives. Manage and maintain internal communication platforms, keeping content fresh and readily accessible. Demonstrate creativity and find innovative ways to reach colleagues across all roles and locations. Champion the core values of clarity, transparency, consistency, and two-way dialogue in all communications. Requirements Essential Prior experience in content creation and executing internal communications across European regions Proven track record of developing and delivering engaging internal communication materials, ideally relating to change transformation within an organisation. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritise multiple tasks. Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies and communication tools. Must be self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. Desirable Fluency in French and/or German is highly advantageous A degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
