As a Fire Engineer at Honeywell, in Scotland, you will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance, design, install, commissioning, and effective repair to all Installed Fire products on customer sites in our Scotland Region. This is a field-based role with the requirement of an on-call rota of one week in in seven. With a portfolio featuring software, hardware and services, Honeywell takes an outcome-focused approach to help building owners and operators improve safety and security, energy and operational efficiencies to create a better building experience. _Helping to Transform Buildings to be Safer and More Operationally and Energy Efficient._ Day to day servicing, calibrations and maintenance; including diagnoses and repairs faults on a variety of Honeywell and 3rd party equipment Identify opportunities for system improvements and provide prices for Small Works Quotes Prepare the drawings and application projects specifically for Small Works Quotes Ensure customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients whilst delivering a valuable and professional service Report possible future failures, disturbances and other opportunities for improvement Previous work experience servicing Fire system and Security or access entry and intruder systems would be an advantage Fault finding and troubleshooting skills along with programming skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships with customers through the use of good communication skills.
