Join us as a Recycling Operator, responsible for emptying, maintaining and cleaning and repairing AW Water & wastewater Lagoon, setting up contingency Biosolids cake bay and sites. Close liaison with the central WROL Controlling Team, WROL Operations Managers and Support Managers and C&E Sales and Compliance teams Responsibilities Include:Complete Daily machine/vehicle checks/tasks in line with daily servicing scheduleOperation of machinery/plant/vehicles in accordance with Daily Work ScheduleClose liaison with the WROL Controlling team regarding operational issues i.e. changes to work instructions, Health & Safety issues, Machine defects etcCompliance with all relevant legislationFull and accurate completion of all internal paperwork/documentationWeekly return of completed paper work, including Driver weekly machine/vehicle check sheets The Ideal Candidate will have:B&E Licence preferredKnowledge/Good understanding of Health and Safety procedures is essentialPrevious knowledge of Water Recycling/Environmental Waste/Waste management preferred/desirablePlant Equipment (360 Excavator/Telehandler) Knowledge Desirable, Full training can be provided to the right candidateWillingness to travel and occasionally stay away from home is essential for business needsCompetent IT skills are required/training provided Inclusion at Anglian Water Join us and make a difference.
