As production demands continue to rise, the organisation is now seeking a dedicated Production Team Leader to support its operations and contribute to ongoing success. Your new role
As Production Team Leader, you will play a key role in overseeing day‑to‑day production activities to ensure products are manufactured to the highest quality and in line with customer specifications. Working on a rotating dayshift and evening shift pattern, you will supervise production staff, allocate daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure that safety, hygiene, and food quality standards are consistently maintained. You will be responsible for monitoring machinery, coordinating with maintenance teams,pleting production reports, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across your area. Effectivemunication will be central to the role as you liaise with Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Maintenance, HR, and senior management to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will have a solid background in food manufacturing or previous experience in a supervisory role within a similar environment. You will bring strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve independently. Confidence in managing people, promoting a culture of safety, and maintainingpliance with HACCP, GMP, and other regulatory requirements is essential. You should befortable working to targets,pleting detailed records, and contributing to process improvements. Strongmunication skills,puter literacy, and the ability to lead by example will also be key to performing well in this position.
