Community Support Officer (Careline Digital Switchover) - Ebley Mill - Stroud

This is an exciting time to join Stroud District Council’s Community Services Team as we modernise our services to be more connected and community-focused. We are upgrading our analogue Careline equipment to a new digital solution and embedding asset-based community development across our work, aiming to help people live safer, healthier, and more independent lives.
About the role
As a Community Support Officer (Careline Digital Switchover), you will support the delivery of our careline service digital switchover. Your responsibilities include:
* Implementing the digital switchover for our Careline service.
* Reviewing and improving processes to enhance service accessibility.
* Maintaining and updating customer databases.
You will be part of a small, dedicated team that values innovation, collaboration, and community impact.
About you
You should have experience working in detail-oriented environments, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service under pressure. You should also have knowledge and experience of:
* Careline products and services.
* Being motivated and community-focused.
* Using initiative to solve problems.

GBP 27,711 pro rata per annum, with benefits including:
