Sales Support Administrator Trafford Park, Manchester – Close to the Trafford Centre Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week (flexible between 9:30am–4:00pm or 10:00am–4:30pm) This long-established company that supplies safety products to businesses and consumers is seeking a part time Sales Support Assistant working Monday - Friday 30 hours per week either 9.30 – 4 pm or 10 am to 4.30 pm. You will provide support to the sales and customer services team as well as the finance team daily. Your duties include: - * Process sales orders, invoices, and quotations accurately and efficiently. * Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. * Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, customer service) to ensure timely delivery and accurate billing. * Support sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotations, sales and following up on client queries. * Track sales targets, performance metrics, and prepare regular sales reports. * Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone and email. * Manage sales documentation and ensure filing systems are up to date. * Assist with organizing trade shows, sales events, and promotional activities as needed. * Monitor and replenish sales materials and literature. * General customer service, dealing with enquiries by phone, email and live chat. * Preparing RAMS for upcoming installations. * Coordinating surveys, deliveries and installations with customers and installers. * Liaising with suppliers and customers re: deliveries, damages, invoice discrepancies. * Maintain our Gold Customer relationships and assist in growing the list and increasing sales. * Inputting quotations onto Zoho database and take customer payments. * Processing suppliers’ invoices. * Also, monitor and action the websites for orders received. * Bank cheques and put the payments on Xero against the relevant invoice (where applicable). * Process and send invoices to customers for orders that have been despatched or installed. * Send out Initial Feefo review requests. with follow requests To apply you will have: - * Wanting part time hours only and can work Monday to Friday – 9.30 – 4 pm or 10 am to 4.30 pm. * Good PC skills with good knowledge of Microsoft office * Good numerical skills * Confident telephone manner * Some previous sales administration or finance assistant experience would be ideal but not essential What’s on offer: - * Part time hours – Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week * 20 days holiday plus bank holidays increasing to 23 after your first year * Free parking * Commission/reward scheme (monthly commission) * Lots of staff perks including various nights out and work parties
