Technical Support Advisor (Dutch-Speaking) - 1st Line Support

They are now looking for a Dutch-Speaking Technical Support Advisor to join their friendly and expanding support team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for technology and an interest in building their career in help desk or technical support.
What will you be doing as a Dutch Speaking Technical Support Advisor?
· Acting as the first point of contact for client support calls, offering clear and friendly 1st line assistance
· Troubleshooting AV/IT hardware and software issues and investigating root causes
· Managing support cases within the internal ticket management system
· Providing remote technical support across Windows, Linux, Android and digital display hardware (full training provided)
· Working collaboratively with internal teams and field engineers to resolve issues
· Maintaining accurate records and delivering a consistently high level of customer service
We'd LOVE to hear from you if you have:
· Fluent Dutch language skills (business level - essential)
· Strong written and spoken English
· An interest or foundation-level knowledge of PC hardware, software and digital technology
· A logical, methodical and detail-focused approach to problem-solving
· Excellent communication skills with a friendly, customer-focused attitude
· A desire to build or further a career in IT, technical support or digital media environments
· Previous helpdesk or technical support experience is useful but not essential
