Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Trainer responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training across the business.
Our customers include Letting Agents, Tenants, Landlords, and Brokers, each with unique needs. The Trainer will handle staff induction, product, system, and process training across various business areas. Our staff must be highly skilled, work within a regulated industry, and comply with FCA regulations. Our technology is market-leading, and the Trainer must ensure team members navigate it efficiently to provide exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, well-organized, able to meet deadlines, and possess excellent leadership skills. They will understand the importance of their role and its impact on the business.
* Deliver engaging and passionate training sessions to ensure effective learning outcomes
* Identify training gaps and needs across the business and implement appropriate solutions
* Report to the Customer Experience Manager, with responsibilities including:
* Design training programs covering all business aspects
* Create facilitation guides for each module
* Prepare learning materials and assessments
* Provide constructive feedback
* Evaluate training effectiveness
* Maintain accurate records of trainee progress and achievements
* Submit progress reports to management
* Uphold TLH brand standards and lead by example
* Work well with people and motivate high performance
* Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills
* Pay close attention to detail
* Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, finding practical solutions to challenges
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a training role or relevant transferable experience
* Experience in a fast-paced operational and sales environment, with knowledge of operational planning
* Consistent attention to detail and adherence to business standards
* Maintain an honest and open attitude, representing the company professionally
