Executive Assistant, Part-Time (3 Days per Week, Hybrid), Central London, 60k pro rata
A leading professional services firm in the property and construction sector is seeking a part-time Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Non-Executive Chairman. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced EA looking for a hybrid role that offers flexibility, variety, and the chance to work in a respected, corporate environment.
Although offered part-time this role involves UK and international travel, at least three times a year, which will be full time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Proactive diary and inbox management for senior leadership, ensuring priorities are aligned and meetings run smoothly.
2. Booking international and domestic travel, arranging meetings across timezones and preparing relevant documentation and presentations.
3. Organising team meetings and corporate events – from logistics to catering and follow-up.
4. Producing and formatting reports, correspondence, and PowerPoint presentations for business development meetings.
5. Taking and circulating Board minutes, tracking actions, and maintaining accurate records.
